Wanted: HR Specialist

What you will do:

  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and projects;
  • Be the first point of contact for our employees, address any requests, or questions they may have;
  • Pay detailed attention to the well-being and engagement of our team of IT professionals;
  • Handle HR matters such as payroll, leave administration, and support with recruitment if needed;
  • Oversee a smooth flow of the HR system and related documentation; 
  • Be a member of a team spreading the culture across the entire organization.


What we expect:

  • 2+ years experience in HR administration;
  • You have an ability to work in a team, build strong relationships, and have a great sense of humor;
  • Be proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to navigate in a dynamic work environment;
  • Great English language skills;
  • Experience working with IT professionals would be an advantage.
