These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application, as applicable, made available to you by the seller of record (agmis, uab) pursuant to this Azena Marketplace listing.
LICENSE
The seller of record or its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application, and all related technology and intellectual property rights. Subject to the restrictions set forth below and your compliance with the Azena MarketplaceAgreement(s) governing your use of services provided by Azena Marketplace, the seller of record grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or an application solely in connection with your permitted use of Azena Marketplace. Except as provided in this License section, you obtain no rights from the seller or record, its affiliates, or its licensors to the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application, including any related intellectual property rights. The sellers of record reserve it’s right to change and amend this LICENSE at any time.
RESTRICTIONS
Neither you nor any end-user will use the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application in any manner or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms. Neither you nor any end-user will, or will attempt to (a) modify, distribute, alter, tamper with, repair, or otherwise create derivative works of the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application,(b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code of any software included in the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application (except to the extent applicable law does not allow this restriction), (c) resell or sublicense the algorithm(s) and/or model package(s) and/or application or any models created using the algorithms, (d) to compete with the seller of record to create businesses or tools in the area of computer vision and visual analytics utilizing artificial intelligence. To avoid any avoidance of any doubts, you can also reach the seller of record via the Azena Marketplace.
