What you will do:

  • Create content and manage our social media;
  • Keep the information on our website up to date;
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Constantly look for opportunities to elevate the brand by researching competitors, the industry and applying the best practices;
  • Nurture internal and external partnerships;
  • Lend a helping hand to other colleagues when needed.

You are perfect for this if you have:

  • Experience in employer brand management or a relevant field degree;
  • Understanding of online marketing channels and trends;
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize strategies;
  • A flare for creativity and innovation;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
