What you will do:

  • Active search for new customers;
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices;
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals;
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline following targets;
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve strategic goals;
  • Foster a great relationship with our current customers;
  • Acting as a representative of the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and events.

What we expect:

  • Minimum 4  years of Business Development / Sales Experience in the IT industry;
  • Successful track record in B2B sales with strong negotiation & persuasion skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients to meet their goals;
  • Strong project management skills – ability to plan & manage commercial projects;
  • Independent problem solver;
  • Creative, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to undertake travel to international training events and conferences as required.
