As a Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with a passionate team of experts dedicated to redefining manufacturing standards, leveraging AI and machine learning for smarter, faster, and more accurate inspections.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain a compelling product vision that aligns with business goals and addresses customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development Manager to suggest and prioritize use cases for development.
  • Make informed decisions on whether to continue or pivot on specific use case developments.
  • Gain deep insights into customer pain points, preferences, and behavior to shape the product strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (development, sales, marketing) to design, build, and successfully launch products.
  • Drive continuous innovation and improvement to ensure the product stays competitive in the market.
  • Contribute to the company’s financial growth by ensuring the product drives revenue and profitability.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the product team.

What we expect:

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML development principles.
  • Expertise in:
    • Roadmapping: Crafting clear, actionable product plans.
    • Jobs to be Done (JTBD) framework for understanding customer motivations.
    • Setting and achieving OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
    • Defining and tracking Product Metrics & KPIs.
    • Applying feature prioritization frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and align teams.
  • Proven collaboration and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to align stakeholders.
