What you will do:

  • Drive business growth through strategic customer acquisition and market expansion;
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices;
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals;
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets;
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve strategic goals;
  • Foster a great relationship with our current customers;
  • Represent Agmis at prestigious local and international industry events.

What we expect:

  • Minimum 4 years of Business Development / Sales Experience in IT industry;
  • Successful track record in B2B sales with strong negotiation & persuasion skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong customer oriented mindset with passion for helping clients to meet their goals;
  • Independent problem solver;
  • Creative, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to undertake travel to international training events and conferences as required.
