On July 29, 2025, Agmis and ChangeAI hosted the first Claude Code / Codex developer evening in Kaunas – a Show & Tell evening dedicated to builders who use AI every day. What was planned as a modest summer meetup turned into something far better.
The idea behind the evening
The premise was simple: no vendor pitches, no polished slide decks, no corporate jargon. Just real builders showing what they actually built – what worked, what failed, and what they learned along the way. Five-minute presentations followed by three minutes of audience questions, then open networking.
This format, a genuine Show & Tell, had not existed in Kaunas before. Together with our partners at ChangeAI, we wanted to create a space where AI practitioners could meet, share real experience, and find others who are navigating the same questions about building with Claude Code and Codex.
What the speakers showed
The evening featured four presenters, each bringing a different angle on working with AI tools in practice.

Shared how AI agents are genuinely changing his day-to-day workflows – not in theory, but in the way internal and client systems are actually maintained and monitored.
Tomas Radionovas
Demonstrated how he is building a video editing product using Claude Code, showing the actual development process and how the tooling fits into his workflow as a solo builder.
Kristijonas Jakubsonas
Independent
Unveiled his AI agent hub – a system that works around the clock and has already produced live projects including seimobirza.lt and kalamo.ai. Three products shown in five minutes.

Demonstrated that you do not need deep programming knowledge to build serious things with Claude. Her newly built website – estimated at approximately 10,000 EUR in development value – and her automated client meeting preparation workflow were the talk of the room.
What the evening actually confirmed
The conversation in the room kept returning to a tension that many teams are experiencing right now. On one side: enthusiasm about how much AI tools can accelerate building. On the other: genuine questions about security, architecture, and what sustainable AI adoption actually looks like inside a company.
What the event made clear is that these are not opposing camps – they are the same conversation, just at different stages. The builders who showed up in Kaunas are already past the hype cycle. They are working through the real questions: how to prepare an AI layer that lets a team experiment safely, how to grow internal AI capability rather than just adding another tool, and how to build systems that hold up over time.
That is the kind of community this evening was designed to build. Practitioners sharing real experience, not polished presentations about AI’s future.
