Wanted: Salesforce Developer
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce consulting team at Bluelark
What you'll do:
Agmis founded Bluelark, the first Salesforce-certified partner in the Baltics, to build CRM the right way.
We’re a hands-on Salesforce consultancy focused on clean architecture, smart automation, and real business impact. Our developers work on challenging projects across Europe, the US, and beyond — shipping scalable solutions for clients worldwide.
- Implement Salesforce-based solutions using best practices and efficient coding
- Contribute to and support document management solutions, custom APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Dokobit, SharePoint, HelloSign)
- Build custom functionality where declarative tools are not sufficient (LWC, Aura, Visualforce)
- Collaborate with senior developers, PMs, and clients to understand requirements and deliver business logic
- Participate in projects across fintech, retail, logistics, healthcare, and other industries
What we expect:
- 2–4 years of development experience, ideally in Salesforce
- Solid Apex or Java skills
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and REST APIs
- Basic front-end knowledge (JavaScript)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Eagerness to work together with your team
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong English and Lithuanian language skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with LWC
- Salesforce certifications
