Wanted: ML Engineer
We are currently seeking a ML Engineer to join our products team at Agmis
What you'll do:
At Agmis, we build tech that solves real-world operational challenges.
Now our spinoff Scanwatch is in need of a Machine Learning Engineer who could help us take our tools to the next level: faster processing, optimized algorithms, and highly scalable and flexible architecture.

- Develop and train computer vision and deep learning models used in automated quality inspection software
- Build and maintain ML workflows from data processing to production deployment
- Automate our workflow to minimize repetitive manual tasks
- Improve real-time image/video defect detection and analytics
- Work with diverse datasets
- Deploy and monitor models in cloud or on-prem environments
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams in an Agile setup
What we expect:
- 4+ years of experience with Python in ML/Data Science
- Experience with PyTorch, OpenCV
- Experience with object classification, detection and segmentation models training, benchmarking, and deployment
- Experience with REST APIs and a basic understanding of real-time or socket communication
- The ability to architect end-to-end ML systems: how models fit into the broader application, scaling, latency, cost, and reliability
- Production MLOps experience: model deployment, serving, versioning, and rollback
- CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and reproducible training
- Cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP (compute, storage, managed ML services)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Eagerness to build and maintain real-time machine learning applications
- Ability to use your technical knowledge creatively
