We are currently seeking a Strategic Expansion Manager to join our team at Agmis
What you'll do:
We’re Agmis, a tech company dedicated to making businesses smarter. In our Professional Services unit, we help global clients scale their capabilities through the adoption of AI, custom software solutions, and digital transformation. We’re currently in a high-growth phase and are looking for a Strategic Business Expansion Manager. This is a pivotal role designed for a business-minded professional who will seek new business opportunities, identify gaps in the market, and scale our global expansion.
- Strategic Networking: Identify new market opportunities and potential strategic alliances that align with Agmis’ growth roadmap.
- Client Advocacy: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our key B2B clients, ensuring our service delivery aligns with their evolving business goals.
- Service Strategy: Work closely with unit leadership to refine our service offerings (custom development, team augmentation, P&L, and digital transformation). You will participate in senior-level strategic planning for the Professional Services business unit.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with our internal Marketing, Sales, and Project Management teams to ensure a unified approach to the market.
- Growth OKRs: Contribute to and own the unit’s strategic goals.
What we expect:
Professional Services DNA: You have a solid background in the IT services, software development, or consultancy industry.
- Excellent Communicator: You can navigate conversations with both high-level stakeholders and technical leads. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: You are not just a “relationship person” – you understand P&L, resource margins, and how to build a sustainable business model.
- Systemic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture—understanding how sales, marketing, and delivery interlock to create a sustainable business ecosystem. You don’t just close deals; you optimize the whole value chain.
- Proactive Owner: You thrive in an environment where you are given the autonomy to shape your own role and impact the company’s bottom line.
