The implementation of the project “Creation and evaluation of a prototype for the ‘SeatChecker’ defect detection system in vehicle seat production, utilizing Artificial Intelligence and 3D measurements.”

Agmis Ltd. in collaboration with partners Pixpro Ltd. and Omnivizija Ltd. is implementing a project involving scientific research and experimental development. The goal is to create a defect detection system for vehicle seat production called ‘SeatChecker,’ using artificial intelligence and 3D measurements.

The project aims to create a solution that prevents defects in the automotive seat production process. Reducing defects in the automotive seat market is an important factor that influences consumer satisfaction, manufacturer competitiveness, and environmental protection. Minimizing defects helps maintain high-quality and durable car seats, improves aesthetics and ergonomics, enhances driver and passenger comfort and safety, also reduces material and energy consumption, as well as waste generated from seat production and repair. This leads to cost savings in production and a positive impact on the environment, encouraging innovation and technological progress in the seat industry. It allows manufacturers to stand out in the market and meet consumer needs and expectations.
