We are currently seeking a Data Scientist to join our team at Agmis

What you'll do:

At Agmis, we build advanced Salesforce and AI-driven solutions that power innovation across industries.

Do you want to develop AI solutions that transform how businesses work with data? Join our growing team as a Data Scientist and apply your skills in Python,ML, and cloud services to create impactful solutions in natural language processing and predictive analytics.

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (NLP, Recommendation Systems, Predictive Analytics);
  • Build scalable data pipelines and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Docker;
  • Analyze and preprocess data to ensure quality model training and performance;
  • Be the decision maker when it comes to AI/ML part of our projects;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, researchers) as well as our clients.

What we expect:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Python programming experience;
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning (mainly PyTorch);
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (Hugging Face, LLMs, RAG);
  • Experience with databases and REST APIs;
  • Familiarity with software engineering tools: Git, Jira, Agile methodologies;
  • Ability to work independently and implement real-world AI solutions;
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Great communication skills with both: technical and non technical teams;
  • Experience with cloud platforms is a big plus.
