We are currently seeking a Sales Business Development Manager (CRM) to join our Salesforce consulting team at Bluelark

  • Own the full sales cycle and build a robust pipeline: outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing, and account growth;
  • Structure deals and pricing with value-based analysis;
  • Contribute to sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices;
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets;
  • Foster a great relationship with our current customers;
  • Represent Agmis at local and international industry events.

What we expect:

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development / Sales Experience in the IT industry;
  • Successful track record in B2B sales with strong negotiation & persuasion skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with passion for helping clients to meet their goals;
  • Experience in CRM sales is a big plus;
  • Independent problem solver;
  • Creative, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to undertake travel to international training events and conferences as required;
  • Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
