Wanted: Business Analyst
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Salesforce consulting team at Bluelark
What you'll do:
Agmis is proud to have established Bluelark, the first certified Salesforce partner in the Baltic States. At Bluelark we implement, adapt, and administer leading CRM applications to fit customers’ business needs and so far have delivered projects in the Baltics and Nordics, Western Europe, the US, as well as Namibia, and South Africa.
You will be a part of a big, talented Agmis ”Bluelark” (Salesforce) team. We strongly believe that our employees and clear communication are the most important things when delivering the best solutions so you will be one of our key people who make it happen.

Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and IT / development teams;

Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and challenges;

Gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories;

Prepare and participate in client meetings, workshops, and demo calls;

Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, propose improvements, and help optimize workflows within the Salesforce platform;

Support solution design, testing, and user acceptance phases to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations;

Contribute to improving user experience and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
You are perfect for this role if you:

Have a solid understanding of software development and QA processes;

Have hands-on experience with Salesforce (or other CRM / business platforms);

Have experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and test scenarios;

Are able to analyze complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions;

Have strong communication skills and feel confident working directly with clients;
-
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment;
- Able to work with Lithuanian and international clients.
