We are currently seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Agmis
What you'll do:
Let’s be honest. Most B2B marketing can be a sea of soulless white papers, cringeworthy LinkedIn polls, and webinars with three attendees. This is not good enough for us, and we are certain – not for you either.
We’re Agmis. We build complex AI and IT solutions that solve real, grown-up business problems. Selling them requires more than just another “Ultimate Guide to…” eBook. It requires a strategist. A hunter. A bit of a mad scientist.
We’re not looking for a “resource” to manage tasks. We’re seeking the architect of our entire marketing strategy. Someone in Kaunas who gets that B2B doesn’t have to mean Boring-to-Boring.
- Become Our Marketing Mastermind: You won’t just “execute strategy,” you will build it from the ground up. You’ll own the entire funnel, from the first spark of curiosity to a signed deal.
- Hunt for Giants: Forget spraying and praying. You’ll run sharp, multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, PPC, clever cold outreach, maybe even carrier pigeons if they convert) to attract high-value leads.
- Build a Conversion Engine: Our website isn’t a brochure; it’s our command center. You’ll constantly tweak, test, and optimize it to turn visitors into prospects.
- Forge an Unbreakable Alliance: You and the sales team are a single unit. You’ll work hand-in-glove to ensure the leads you generate are the ones they’re excited to talk to.
- Be the Data Whisperer: MQLs, CAC, and ROMI aren’t just acronyms to you; they’re the coordinates on your map to world domination (or at least, market leadership).
What we expect:
- You’ve spent 2+ years in the B2B marketing trenches (ideally tech/SaaS). You’ve seen what works and, more importantly, what’s a waste of time and money.
- You trust data more than your gut, but you know how to use your gut to ask the right questions of the data.
- You write in English with the precision of a developer and the flair of a storyteller.
- You don’t need a to-do list; you build the roadmap. You see an opportunity and you seize it.
- You’re based in or near Kaunas and believe the best ideas happen when brilliant people actually meet sometimes.
Your Arsenal (The Tools):
We trust you to wield these (or their equivalents) with skill:
- Paid Campaigns: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
- Website: WordPress
- Intel: GA4, GSC, MS Clarity
- Outreach: Apollo, Smartleads (or similar prospecting tools)
- Visuals: Canva, Figma, or your secret weapon of choice
Experience with similar or equivalent tools is also welcome — we care more about your capabilities than specific platforms
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM, lead tracking, reporting)
- Understanding of AI content optimization for LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
