Agmis, a leading Lithuanian technology company, has launched a new startup accelerator programme aimed at helping early-stage ventures turn disruptive ideas into working product prototypes.

The three-month programme is focused on rapid MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development and provides up to €200,000 in funding, either through code-for-equity partnerships or traditional investment models. The accelerator is open to startup founders building innovations in a wide array of industries, including healthcare, sustainability, enterprise SaaS, AI, robotics, retail, medtech, transport, security, real estate, IoT, fintech, legal tech, and more

Since 2007, Agmis has developed software solutions across these verticals,” says Saulius Kaukėnas, CEO of Agmis. “This experience gives us the unique ability to step into the founder’s shoes, understand the market dynamics, and quickly define what a great MVP looks like not only technically, but from a business perspective.

The programme is designed as a founder-first crash course. It offers early-stage startups access to a full-stack product development team, business analysis, market validation support, and legal advisory. The goal? To help startups rapidly validate their ideas, attract follow-on investment, and enter the market with momentum.

The Agmis accelerator isn’t theory-based, it is built on hands-on experience launching and scaling tech products. In fact, Agmis created its own product division, EasyFlow, to develop next generation computer vision technologies.

EasyFlow has already brought several products to market:

  • ScanWatch: an AI-driven self-checkout system that reduces shrinkage and improves UX by auto-recognizing fresh produce and high-risk items.
  • Shelf Analytics: a real-time stock-level tracking solution for grocers that improves restocking and planogram compliance.
  • PPE Monitor: a smart workplace safety tool that uses vision AI to detect personal protective equipment usage in industrial environments.

The EasyFlow product suite was developed and validated through the same startup process now available to founders through the Agmis accelerator.

Unlike traditional investors, we’re product-focused from day one,” adds Kaukėnas. “Our aim is not to invest capital, but rather to co-create working prototypes that are ready for validation and scale. We help founders get past the most critical milestone, building that first functional product that can attract real users and further funding.

Reducing carbon footprint in road inspection

Agmis is also actively engaged in deep tech collaboration projects, such as its joint venture with Thrust and Kelių Priežiūra to use UAVs and AI for automated road infrastructure monitoring. This initiative will not only improve inspection efficiency but also cut CO₂ emissions by up to 90%, compared to traditional inspection methods.
