What You’ll Be Doing:

At Agmis, we build advanced Salesforce and AI-driven solutions that power innovation across industries. As our projects grow in complexity and scope, we’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. We’re looking for someone passionate about clean architecture, scalable systems, and a heading toward the Salesforce Certified Technical Architect path.

This role is perfect for a highly skilled developer who thrives in a tech-driven environment and enjoys working with a variety of international clients across diverse industries.

  • Lead and implement Salesforce-based solutions using best practices, scalable architecture, and efficient coding;
  • Take ownership of backend development, Apex-heavy tasks, and system integrations;
  • Design custom solutions where declarative tools fall short, this can include LWC, Aura, and Visualforce;
  • Support and extend document management systems, custom APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Dokobit, SharePoint, HelloSign);
  • Collaborate closely with clients, PMs, and internal teams to define, build, and maintain complex business logic;
  • Engage with high-impact projects in fintech, retail, logistics, healthcare, and more.

What We Expect:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience;
  • Strong backend development skills with Apex;
  • Experience with LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce REST APIs;
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architectural design and scalability;
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD (e.g., Gearset, Gitlab, VS Code);
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-tech stakeholders;
  • Front-end experience with JavaScript, and HTML;
  • Good understanding of best development practices/principles;
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Architect-level or working toward it is a huge plus).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with projects involving complex logic, data migration, or multi-brand Community portals.
  • Experience with other systems, languages and frameworks;
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian fintech ecosystem or international e-commerce/HR projects.
