About projects:

  • Source and screen candidates considered for different IT positions;
  • Organize and conduct online interviews;
  • Own and ensure excellent candidate experience;
  • Provide expert input on Onboarding/Offboarding;
  • Work closely with your HR team as well as project managers;
  • Be a member of a team spreading the culture across the entire organization.


We expect you to have:

  • Recruiting experience in the IT field;
  • Have experience with online and offline recruiting techniques;
  • Be proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to navigate in a dynamic work environment;
  • Great English language skills.
