Right now we’re looking for a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team and help us continue our journey of growth, innovation, and excellence. As an HR Specialist at Agmis, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our team is rewarded accurately and on time, supporting the design and implementation of HR processes, and exploring opportunities for automation.

What you will do:

• Support the design, implementation, and documentation of HR processes;
• Accurately track and manage employee working hours, ensuring proper documentation of attendance, overtime, and leave requests;
• Monitor and enforce adherence to labor laws and regulatory standards;
• Explore opportunities for automation and ensure processes are optimized;
• Monitor compensation and benefits packages;
• Support other HR colleagues and employees when needed.

You are perfect for this if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR specialist or similar experience;
• Solid understanding of labor legislation;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Keen eye for detail;
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support your colleagues.
