Right now, we’re looking for a Head of Products to join us and help lead three amazing teams:

 

  • EasyFlow.tech – AI-driven applications that make businesses run smoother.

 

  • EasyODM.tech – Automated visual inspections that catch every detail.

 

  • ScanWatch.tech – Retail technology that keeps stores running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

This is a role with a lot of freedom to shape things your way. Here’s what we imagine:

 

Strategy & Big Picture Thinking

 

  • Set the vision for our products and guide the team to make it happen;
  • Balance budgets to make the most impact;
  • Work with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to keep us all moving in the right direction;
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align everyone’s goals.

 

Leading Incredible Teams

 

  • You’ll be working with three talented teams plus our sales and marketing crew;
  • Help everyone share ideas, resources, and successes;
  • Create an environment where people love their work and want to grow.

 

Product Development & Innovation

 

  • Oversee how our products are built and evolved – from idea to launch and beyond;
  • Make sure what we’re building meets the needs of the market;
  • Be a big-picture thinker but also dive into the details when needed.

What We’re Looking For

 

A Tech Lover

 

  • You get AI and machine vision concepts, and you’re curious about new trends;
  • You can talk tech but also explain it in plain language to non-tech folks.

 

A People Leader

 

  • You’ve led teams before and know how to help people shine;
  • You’ve worked with OKRs (or are excited to learn how they work);
  • You’re good at making decisions and keeping everyone focused on the goal.

 

A Strategic Thinker

 

  • You know how to spot opportunities and prioritize what’s most important;
  • You’re comfortable talking budgets, funding, and managing risks.

  • Teams smashing their OKRs;
  • Products hitting development milestones and making waves in the market;
  • Happy, engaged team members who feel supported and empowered
  • Budgets spent wisely (and creatively!).

 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of multiple innovative technology teams while working with cutting-edge technologies in AI, machine vision, and retail, business and manufacturing solutions.
