Wanted: B2B Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Agmis

What you'll do:

At Agmis, we develop cutting-edge IT and AI solutions that help businesses thrive in the digital world. As we continue to expand across Europe and beyond, we’re looking for a full-stack B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our marketing funnel from strategy to execution.

You’ll plan and run multi-channel campaigns, grow inbound traffic, generate qualified leads, and continuously test and optimize tactics using data-driven insights all while collaborating with a top-tier tech team.

  • Own and execute the B2B marketing strategy for our IT/AI services;
  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (social, cold email, PPC, SEO, events, etc.);
  • Optimize our website and content for search, conversion, and lead capture;
  • Create or manage high-impact content: blog posts, case studies, white papers, landing pages;
  • Track performance metrics (MQLs, CVR, CAC, ROMI);
  • Align closely with sales to support pipeline growth and lead nurturing;
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and external vendors when needed.

What we expect:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in IT/tech/SaaS);
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel from awareness to lead nurturing;
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing inbound performance using data;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus);
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and performance tracking;
  • Initiative and independence, you don’t wait for tasks, you build the roadmap.

 

Core Tools You Should Know
  • LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads – for paid campaign management;
  • WordPress for basic website and content editing;
  • GA4, GSC, MS Clarity – for performance tracking and insights;
  • Apollo, Smartleads, Phantombuster, Lusha – for lead sourcing and outreach;
  • Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, CapCut – for visual content creation;

Experience with similar or equivalent tools is also welcome — we care more about your capabilities than specific platforms.

 

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM, lead tracking, reporting);
  • Understanding of AI content optimization for LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
